risotto, roasted veggies and spanish lentils

this is dinner from last night, i wanted something fancy to celebrate having a wonderful husband :)

so i made some risotto, always delicious.
some spanish lentils (from how to cook everything vegetarian)
and i roasted up some carrots and parsnips, fresh from the farmers market :)
